After graduating, Hiro was awarded a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he refined his skills under jazz legends like Ralph Peterson and Hal Crook.

Hiro’s performance career spans live concerts, studio recordings, and international appearances, including performances with top Japanese artists like Kaori Kobayashi, Mao Soné, and Sumire Kuribayashi. He has appeared at festivals and venues such as The National Cherry Blossom Festival and Blues Alley in Washington, D.C.
